Joining High Five Fit Club was the best decision I made to achieve my body fat loss goal. It all started when I saw my friends transformation from high school. She popped up on Instagram and I was like whoa! Where are you going ? How did you do it? She she told me she was at High Five Fit Club and encouraged me to give it a try, and I am incredibly
grateful that I did.
I really like the fun workouts and the accountability, this is what kept me focused, resulting in a ton of body fat loss and muscle gain. The welcoming atmosphere and easy-to-follow guidance at High Five Fit Club were crucial in my journey.
Entering with some initial apprehensions, I was pleasantly surprised as my expectations were surpassed. I am ecstatic about my results and the remarkable transformation my body has undergone since I began. I really recommend this program to anyone seeking to reach their fitness goals – whether it be friends, family, or anyone else. This experience has truly been life-changing for me.
I usually don't share much about my gym journey, but today feels different. When I first walked into
High Five Fit Club, they asked me what I wanted to do with my fitness?
I responded with something along these lines: I want and need structure, and I aim to be a "Bad Bitch/Baddie". The response was, "Okay, we can make that happen, it's doable, but you have to listen.”
Coach Brandon has been instrumental in helping me achieve this goal. He has always supported me in pursuing my dreams.
After reaching my desired look, Coach Brandon encouraged me to embark on a new adventure. I started following a female lifter on instagram, which sparked my interest in transitioning my health and fitness journey towards building strength and exploring powerlifting. I am proud to say that over the past few months, I have been dedicated and making significant progress. I never imagined I would be where I am today, considering I used to think of myself as fragile . However, I wouldn't change a thing. I am grateful to Coach Brandon and High Five Fit Club for believing in me and to my other supporters who keep me motivated. Keep up the great work .
Understanding the basics of proper form in workouts and embracing the idea that not every session requires heavy lifting has been a pivotal learning experience for me. My go-to source for achieving my best look and feel has always been consistent.
At H5FC, I learned that lifting safely and effectively hinges on
mastering proper form - it's the basics that pave the way for lifting heavier weights, a personal goal of mine. What sets my experience at H5FC apart is the principle that effort brings results; by simply showing up and following instructions, I am not only held accountable but also encouraged to push my limits and unlock my full potential, a journey I thoroughly enjoy.
The tangible outcomes I've achieved speak volumes about the dedication and support fostered at H5FC. It is more than just a gym; it's a close-knit community that uplifts and inspires one another. Each day spent there is an opportunity for personal growth and fulfillment.
As a single mother juggling a full-time job and a hectic schedule, I understand the value of time. However, dedicating one hour a day at H5FC is an investment I wholeheartedly believe in. Whether you aspire to compete at a high level or simply kickstart your fitness journey, H5FC welcomes individuals of all fitness levels with open arms.
I would never endorse something I don't wholeheartedly believe in. H5 has become a second home to me, a place where I not only witness personal transformation but also experience the joy of progress alongside a supportive fitness family.
When I started my fitness journey, 6 years ago, my initial goals were just to get back into shape. Now, six years later, I find myself actively participating in a range of challenging competitions, including CrossFit and Spartan Races.Through countless hours of dedication, overcoming injuries, and persevering through three pregnancies, I have reached the point where I stand tall today. The path hasn't been easy, but Brandon's unwavering support, meaningful conversations about starting anew, and genuine friendship have played an integral role in my remarkable achievements.
My biggest challenges were physical and mental. I’ve been an athlete all my life, so my body has been through the ringer. Several broken bones, different braces for different limbs and even a major surgery. On top of that, I had 3 pregnancies that were completely different, but equally took its toll on my body. All these aspects contributed to the feeling of being defeated or not good enough because my body couldn’t move the way it once did, and not giving myself the credit, I deserved. But working with Brandon, and going back to the drawing board several times, I’ve been able to come back stronger than I was before. Observing my daughters witnessing my accomplishments and aspiring to be part of the same journey is undeniably the greatest source of motivation for me. Their eagerness to join me in my pursuits serves as a powerful driving force that propels me forward, enabling me to overcome any obstacles or challenges that come my way.
What I’ve learned during this process have been several things. I’ve learned that just because my body doesn’t move the way it once did, doesn’t mean that it can’t move better. I’ve learned that capitalizing on technique will definitely help in the long run. Also, trusting the process and setting goals are the most important things in getting to where you want to be.
My family, friends, and gym fam have been the keys to my success. My Family, immediate and extended, and friends have helped so much. They have pushed me in all the right ways. Assisting in helping with my crazy hectic schedule every day. At the gym my fam there helps a lot with my kids. Knowing that these people will step in to help and watch my girls, and my girls are comfortable with them and their craziness. It definitely takes a worry off me, so I can be able to complete the WOD. Also, Brandon, putting up with me and taking his time to get me where I can be is just another reason why success happens when we walk through those doors.
