FAQ

 Please make every effort to arrive at least 5 minutes before class to make sure you are ready to begin when your class commences. This includes time to check-in to the class you are attending. Check-in can occur :

Via Push Press app on your smartphone

If the class you want to attend is full, join the waitlist. To join the waitlist you must click the reserve button and select a time to be notified. If a spot opens up, you will be notified by email, text, or phone depending on the preference set in your profile.

To receive these reminders, your High Five Fit Club profile must be set to accept notifications and reminders. You can remove yourself from the waitlist up to 60 minutes before the class starts, provided you have not already been added to class. 

To check your waitlist status, log into Push Press, go to Classes and click the Class you registered for on the waitlist. If you got into the class it will say Waitlist Confirmed. If you no longer want to attend this class, be sure to remove yourself.

We love drop-ins, about as much as we love dropping into other gyms. If you would like to drop-in to High Five Fit Club for a class , feel free to register our interested form online.

We will promptly get back with you and schedule you for your class and please arrive early enough to meet the coach running the class as well as get setup in our system.  

You will be required to fill out a waiver ahead of time.

As a busy gym, we want to make sure that our clients have priority during the day.
